Welcome to Brock McVey on-line and thank you for visiting our site. If you wish to purchase from Brock McVey on-line, you must accept the terms and conditions as shown. Please read them carefully. In addition, we reserve the right to modify & change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. As such, we recommend that you read them carefully before using this website and revisit them regularly as needed to address questions that arise.
All products sold by Brock McVey are covered by the maunfacturer's warranty only. If there is a defect with one of your purchases, please contact our showroom at 859-255-1412 for assistance with your claim. As we do not offer installation services, we will not be responsible or liable for installation fees of any kind.
All defective products must be documented and reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any defect to receive permission to return the product and receive a valid RGA number along with return instructions. Do not ship the product back without appropriate approval as it will not be accepted. After we have received the defective product, it will be tested and a determination will be made regarding its service/return to the manufacturer. If need be, an appropriate replacement product will be shipped to you at our expense.
Orders will be processed daily in house and can take approximately 4 weeks for delivery depending entirely on availability from the manufacturer. Occasionally production schedules will change and a product may be temporarily out of stock. This can cause substantial delays. In turn, backorders are beyond our control. Once again, please contact our showroom at 859-255-1412 if your order is taking longer than expected to be received. In addition, we will contact you directly with any back order information that we receive.
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier if at all possible. If that is not possible, make a clear notation of the damage on the proof of delivery as that will be needed to file a viable claim with the carrier and/or the manufacturer. If you do decide to accept a damaged shipment, please inform us in the showroom at 859-255-1412 immediately and contact the carrier (Fedex, UPS, etc.) with pertinent tracking details as well. Depending on the product and how/where it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.
